このデータは CC BY 4.0 の下で許諾されています。

本APIは、このデータから都道府県・市区町村のコードと名称の4列を抽出し、名寄せで使う対応表に加工しています。元データは総務省の「全国地方公共団体コード」と、国土交通省・デジタル庁の住所データに基づきます。

Overture: Foursquare NOTICE.txtの内容を表示（Apache-2.0の開発者向けドキュメント掲示義務への対応）

Foursquare由来データはApache License 2.0で提供されており、Foursquare自身のガイド（NOTICE.txt）は「APIの形でデータを利用・再配布する場合、NOTICE.txtの内容のコピーを、そのAPIの開発者向けドキュメントに目立つ形で含めること」を求めています。 OpenPOI APIはAPIの形でこのデータを配信しているため、この要件を リンクではなく、下記に全文を転記する形で満たしています。

【本APIが加えた変更の通知（上記NOTICE本文が "may be modified to include an additional notice of your changes/modifications" と認めている追記。Apache License 2.0 第4条(b)にも対応）】
OpenPOI APIは、Foursquare由来データを含むOverture Maps Placesテーマのレコードに対し、
他ソース（Japan Food Facilities等）との名寄せ（正規化・重複排除）および複数レコード間での緯度経度の統合処理を行っています。
変更の主体: OpenPOI API（本APIの運営者）。
（この記載は、別途記載しているPDL1.0向け「加工の主体」の記載とは別に、Apache-2.0第4条(b)・Foursquare NOTICE.txt自身が
認める追記欄への対応として独立に行っています。適用されるライセンスが異なるため、どちらか一方を消して兼用にはしていません。）

著作権表示年について: 上記は2026-09-23時点でFoursquare自身が公開しているNOTICE.txtの内容をそのまま転記したもの（著作権表示「© 2026」）です。一方、Overture Maps Foundation自身の公式Attributionページ（docs.overturemaps.org/attribution）は同じ2026-09-23時点で「Copyright 2024 Foursquare Labs, Inc.」という2024年表記のまま更新されていません。どちらが正しいかは断定しませんが、権利者本人（Foursquare）が現に公開している内容を優先し、本ページのNOTICE全文転記には 2026年表記を採用しています。sources/overture/extract.mjs・config/sources.jsonのコード側のハードコード値（下記コピー用テキストと一致させるため2024年表記のまま）は本PRでは変更していません（データパイプラインの実データ再生成・再デプロイを伴う変更のため、本ページの監査・導線整備の範囲を超えると判断。年表記の更新要否は別issueで検討することをお勧めします）。

再確認の運用ルール: Foursquareが将来NOTICE.txtの内容を変更した場合に追随できるよう、 Overtureのリリースバージョン確認（sources/overture/extract.mjsのDEFAULT_RELEASE）と同じ頻度（四半期に1回程度を目安）で、上記NOTICE全文が最新かどうかも合わせて確認することを運用ルールとする。
